Tasting notes:
Medium deep purple cherryred color. Notes of strawberry pulp, cherry morello, bitter chocolate, dried tomatoes and tobacco. On the palate the aromas are confirmed, the wine seems rich in content and smooth, rich in extract despite the average alcohol content.

Winemaking report:
The two varieties are vinified separately and after the blending they age together for 1 year in French and American oak barriques and 2years in the bottle.
Aging potential:
Potential age up to 10 years. Ideal serving temperature 16-18ο C.
Food matches:
It could perfectly harmonise to a lamp cooked with sweet spices, red grilled meat, spicy sausages.
